If you're here, you may be looking for clearer answers - and a supportive, evidence-based way forward.

I help children, young people, and adults understand what's driving their symptoms and guide them toward lasting, meaningful change through nutrition and a functional medicine approach.

Here you can learn more about how I work, the different types of support available, how functional testing can deepen understanding, and a little about my professional background and personal journey.

What is Functional Nutrition

Functional nutrition looks at the whole person - not just individual symptoms. It explores how diet, lifestyle, genetics, and environment interact to influence health. By identifying underlying imbalances, we can uncover what your body truly needs to feel its best.

Root Cause

I don't chase symptoms - I look for what's driving them.  Together, we'll identify the underlying reasons behind how you feel to create lasting change, not just short-term relief.

Your body works as an interconnected system. I consider how digestion, hormones, immunity, and the nervous system interact to understand where imbalance begins and how to restore harmony.

My Story

There are moments in life that stop you in your tracks and change everything.

For me, that moment came when my child became seriously ill. Nothing anyone did seemed to help. I felt fear, dread, and helplessness like I’d never known before. I was used to fixing things - but now I was being told there was no fix. That this condition was serious, that it would progress, and that it would define my child’s future.

The specialists, the people we trusted to have all the answers, were just as lost.

Hearing the words “there’s nothing more we can do” was devastating. Watching my child in relentless pain, day after day, broke my heart.

That was the moment I decided: if no one else could figure this out, I would.

I left my successful corporate career, retrained as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, and dedicated myself to finding answers.

By the time my second child was also diagnosed, I had already made it my mission to give them their lives back. We worked through it together - learning, adjusting, persisting - and we found breakthroughs we never imagined. Today, both of my children are thriving.

That journey changed me forever. It gave me not just knowledge and skills, but a deep understanding of what it feels like to be desperate for answers.

And now, I use that determination and experience to help others on their own path to healing.

I am passionate about helping people turn their lives around - and about giving our children better futures.

IBD touched my family deeply, but with the right support things can - and do - turn around dramatically. If you're a parent living through this just now, I am here to help.
