Children's Stories

Each child's needs are unique, but these stories show the kind of progress that can unfold with the right support.

Marco, 15 - Dietary Help after Surgery
(Revive)

After bowel surgery, Marco and his mum weren't sure which foods were safe. His digestion was sensitive and they felt nervous about reintroducing anything.

We started with gentle, low-residue meals and gentle nourishing herbs to settle his bowels, and expanded slowly to include more gut healing nutrients.

His wound healed well, his bowel movements normalised and he was soon back at school with renewed energy.

Ben, 14- Inflammation Returned after Modulen
(Restore)

Ben improved on Modulen, but symptoms came back when he started back on foods. His parents were keen to try to understand why.

Testing showed food reactivities, mould toxin exposure and detoxification challenges.

With careful support, his digestion steadied, energy improved and inflammation returned to a healthy range.

Case studies are shared with parent's consent and represent what has helped these families. Each child’s situation is unique, so results will vary. This work supports - and does not replace - medical advice. Replacement images have been used to protect Marco's and Ben's privacy.

How Testing Fits In (If We Use It)

Testing isn't required - but it can help us understand what's driving symptoms when things aren't fully clear.

Choosing the right test gives deeper insight into underlying challenges and helps us make more focused progress.

It can show:

  • gut bacteria/microflora balance

  • nutrient status

  • mould or toxin exposure

  • food or immune reactivity

The real value is in expert interpretation - understanding the findings in the context of your/your child's condition and symptoms, and knowing which steps to take first.
